I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, being situated right in the center of town and close to multiple shopping complexes. It was also conveniently located near trams, making it easy to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the friendly concierge to the helpful reception staff. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major attractions such as the Queen Vic Market and Flinders Street Station. Everything we needed, including restaurants and shops, was close by, making it incredibly convenient for us. The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a spacious and clean room that had all the necessary amenities, including a microwave and a large fridge. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff provided excellent service, promptly attending to all our requests and ensuring that our stay was enjoyable.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of cafes and the local market nearby. the room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated having the option to open the windows for fresh air.
One issue I had was with the housekeeping service.
